Dave Struckman Former MLM Millionaire and inspiration to some of the top MLM trainers today, sentenced yesterday to 70 months in federal prison for scamming people into paying him and his partners over $40,000,000.00 to learn how to evade (opt-out) of the federal tax system.

I was introduced to Dave Struckman as the Exec. V.P. of ProSTEP. Dave was our top earner earning well over $50,000.00 per month marketing our support, training and lead generation memberships.

For several years Dave Struckman and his top leaders (including Claudia Hiemer founder of Pinnacle Quest International (PQI) and Dave Struckman’s former Webmaster) were top earners and trainers at ProSTEP.

Over the years several of Dave Struckman’s clients have gone to prison and in some cases even committed suicide when they were found guilty of tax evasion.

In 2004 Struckman indited on tax evasion, but disappeared before he could be arrested. He was later captured and extradited from the country of Panama where he had been hiding.

The moral of this story is, “Pay Uncle Sam, that which is Uncle Sam’s, and Keep what is left.”
