In July I Ted Robbins and I finally sat down to what became a two hour interview. I asked Ted some of the questions we have all had. ted shares how he and Mark Petschel joined up long before eVerge and Global Verge. As a matter of fact he even shares his connection with XanGo Corporate in the early days.

Rumors have been flying on several blogs, that TechSoft and Global Verge might be working behind the scenes to forge some new alliance. Well, I reached out to Ted Robbins, President of Global Verge for the truth. And… It just might surprise you! Although Paul Douglas and I were not amazed in the slightest.

I send Ted Robbins an email asking him if the rumors were true – Global Verge was forging a strategic relationship with TechSoft now that Chris Greco and Kevin Sipe had teamed up. Here is his response.

“I hope you are well. Again, I want to give you evidence of the lies of Chris Greco. Chris told you that he has been at his business every day and has not been served, this is an utter bold faced lie.

He has also only talked to Brian once, not multiple times with the one time he did talk to Brian he agreed on a location and time to be served, we spent the money to send the server to his office and he did not show up.

Attached is evidence of the multiple attempts to serve and the application to serve him by publication. Regardless of his unwillingness to be served, he will be served and we will default him out if he does not show up, but honestly I want him to show up so he can account for all of the funds he took from us publicly in front of the judge.

I can guarantee 100% we will NEVER do business with Chris again and to the contrary we are planning on prosecuting Chris and all parties to the full extent of the law on what they will allow us.”

Now what makes this so interesting is the fact just a week or so ago, I talked to Chris Greco and Kevin Sipe the leaders of TechSoft, and they sure seemed to think, at least on Kevin’s side that he did not have any pending legal issues facing him which would cause TechSoft distributors or the new distributors which were brought over from Excel Global any issues in growing their business.

Well according to the following audio, and documents, it seems TechSoft, Chris Greco and Kevin Sipe will be facing some huge legal issues in the next few months, which could cause the distributors issues.

I sure hope that other companies which have used the Global Verge LOS (Line of Sponsorship) take heed to what is happening and contact the legal team of Global Verge and communicate before the other 15 or 20 cases are filed.

This post is not really about Global Verge, or any other company. Except for the fact I do mention that PHPI and Derrick Rodgers have both new been officially served by Global Verge’s process servers. Outside of that this is just a fun post, showing the power of the Sprint HTC EVO.

The HTC EVO is not available for retail sale through Global Verge, but it is exclusively available to Global Verge members.

MLM Wireless News: Is Global Verge Shipping Phones Especially The New HTC EVO From Sprint

Well, over the last few weeks I have seen more propaganda, half truths, and down right lies from PURPORTED distributors inside of the MLM Wireless niche, than I think I all of the founders and officers of MLM Wireless Companies, could dream up on their own.

Now don’t get me wrong, this is not the MLM Wireless Distributors as a whole. Just a few rouge purported distributors, who in reality may not even be in an MLM wireless company, but are just outside critics trying to drum up discontent.

Well, here are three great pictures of the EVO phone Global Verge is shipping to folks. I checked with Ted Robbin’s to make sure this information was correct, and he verified that “yes we are shipping HTC EVOs and to date have not missed a shipment.

No matter what any of us can say about Global Verge, past, present or future, that facts remain, currently they are shipping some rocking high-end cell phones on the #1 4G PCS Platform in the USA.

MLM Wireless News: Global Verge Founder and President Sues MLM Wireless Renegade Chris Greco For Defamation

This newest civil complaint against Chris Greco by Ted Robbins, President and Founder of Global Verge raises even more questions surrounding Chris Greco’s future as a viable assets to any MLM Wireless company.

The question is not what Chris Greco has said, that can be found within this community and others around the Internet. The question is can Greco back up his personal allegations against Robbins.

If, Global Verge wins their case against Greco, either by Summery Judgement, or through trial process, then they will have a claim against Greco’s companies and maybe even his personal estate if personal fraud is proven, as it was against Piilani.

Now, add this new personal defamationn case, and I am not sure Greco can be seen as an asset to any current or future MLM Wireless Company.

Although, only time will tell what happens. It would sure be nice to hear from a legal team representing Greco in his defense.

This latest legal move by Robbins and Global Verge raises once again the question… Who else is on the short list of civil or criminal complaints which will soon be made public?
