Troy Dooly is recognized internationally as an expert in the areas of personal branding, leadership development, marketing strategies, and organizational development.

Troy is a highly sought after mentor, speaker, and results coach both inside and outside the direct marketing profession. He currently serves on the faculty of Networking University, is the Chief Solutions Officer of D.B.R. Marketing Group, Inc., is a Co-Founder in DeskPing.com, sets on the Board of God’s Catalyst in Action, is a Small Group Leader at Shoreline Church, and is a Founding Member of the Distributor’s Rights Association. He is married to his high school sweetheart and best selling Romance Author Paige Winship Dooly.

Troy has devoted the last 25 years to studying the clues left by successful people who changed the course of history by leading with focus, passion and a servant’s heart. The clues he has found has been transformed in the strategic principles he is now passing on to this generation of catalyst leaders.

Fifteen of these 25 years were invested with the same company A.L. Williams (Primerica Financial Services.) In 1996 Troy left PFS to take a top field position with World Marketing Alliance (WMA) to help build their second wave of leaders.

IN 2000 WMA was sold and Troy relocated his family to the Beaches of the Emerald Coast of Florida where he quickly assumed the role of Exec. V.P. of ProSTEP, Inc., the worlds largest Support, Training and Lead Generation Company to the network marketing profession. In three short years Troy’s leadership helped to facilitate ProSTEP’s growth from a $5 million in annual revenue to well over $75 million in revenue.

Troy was also worked side-by-side Kevin Lehmann (Founder of ProSTEP) as his protege and helped create the macro-marketing system that acted as the catalyst for ProSTEP, Inc. to become the largest and most successful marketing agency )simultaneously on T.V., Radio, the Internet and Direct Mail) to the network marketing profession between 1994 - 2004.

This success opened the door to the current run of network marketing/home-based business infomercial’s, radio campaign, and Internet marketing system we see today.

Troy, also has an extensive background in business mergers and acquisitions, and has been instrumental in the buying, selling and reorganization of several multi-million dollar business deals ranging from $5 million to over $150 million dollars.

As a Founding Member of the Distributor Rights Association and as an advocate for the networking profession Troy has become an expert on several of the most well known companies in the network marketing profession. Companies like PrePaid Legal, Primerica Financial Services, XanGo, ACN, Quixtar, YTB, Ameriplan, and World Leadership Group just to name a few.

In My Own Words…

Well, now that you have read the propaganda I would like to share a little from the heart so you can get to know the real me.

But like a Quentin Tarantino movie, I want to start at the end and move forward.

You would not be reading this today if it hadn’t been for one man seeing something in me and making me his protege back in 2001.

Kevin Lehmann, Founder & CEO of ProSTEP, Inc, once the world’s largest and most successful marketing, training and lead distribution company, took the time to mentor me in the craft of copy writing and marketing.

Kevin, retired a few years ago to pursue other interests, but it is his willingness to mentor me and propel me into the training arena that has given me the current platform to pass on to others what he taught me

I am a former Marine, and Ex-Bounty Hunter, who grew up in and around the direct marketing profession since I was 7 years old.

I was born and raised in the Midwest, and married my high school sweetheart, who has blessed me with six children ranging in age from 24 to 4 (That’s what happens when you married a Romance writer.)

In 1995 Paige and I decided we wanted live at the beach. However it took a few years and several challenges before we saw this dream come true and I would like to share a little about what we went through to get where we are today.

By 1997 we had grown our WMA business to a point where we were ranked in the top 10% of income earners. However, due to a medical situation that was diagnosed with one of our daughters, and my own mismanagement of our income, we soon saw our expenses growing faster than our income.

By 1999 we were bankrupt. However, by this time Tessa had received pediatric kidney surgery by one of the most respected pediatric kidney surgeons in the US. Although, it cost us financially, we would do it all again to give her the opportunities she has today.

See, during the years when she had her disorder she could not swim, take baths or be submerged in any type of water. For a young girl whose biggest dream in life was to swim with Dolphins this was devastating.

However, by the end of 1999 everything was behind us. In March of 2000 we relocated to Destin, and have never looked back. As a matter of fact in July of 2000 Tessa had her dream come true. We have taken the day to rent a boat and go out to Dolphin Island so she could see the Dolphins. However, because of a pending storm the Dolphins were not swimming. She was a little frustrated as we were cruising back to the dock.

While my father-in-law was driving the boat back, I sat with Tessa on the back of the boat. Out of the blue a Dolphin jumped up and laid its head in her lap. You talk about a happy, yet scared little girl (Dolphins are BIG up close) it was her. In a flash her disappointment turned to an ecstatic joy. That was a turning point in our family. It was truly when we realized ALL THINGS ARE POSSIBLE!

Currently I am a distributor with a Managed Internet Security company that launched a direct marketing arm about 3 years ago. We have been blessed to watch our team become the largest and fastest growing team in this company. Not because we did something miraculous, but because we knew a few, who knew a few, who knew a few.

I’m also currently working on a couple new training and support projects with one of the greatest friends a person could ever have, Enrique Garibay of MLMLeads.com.

Paige has gone on to write dozens of manuscripts, with four reaching the best sellers list, and her current book “Sweet Home Alabama” moving up the charts quickly. In the fall of this year she will have another new book hitting a bookstore near you.

My life is an open book and you will find that like most people who enter our profession, I was not born with all the answers. Maybe because I was young, or maybe because I had a big EGO in the beginning, it took years for me to finally get it right.
