I had to laugh when I read your post. Talk about calling the kettle black. You don't have the integrity to come forward using your own name. Instead you hide behind "Guest", come on, if you want your words to have weight in this community then do as Kelly has done, and be transparent.

Now, let's look at what you wrote.

1. Kelly may very well launch a company – that I do not know. However, I do know TVI does not fit the rule of law here in the USA as a legitimate MLM Company. If Kelly can design one that does great. If not, then we'll report on that also.

2. Do you have proof Kelly has started his own company competing with TVI?

5. If people join a new database then the information does belong to more than one person. However, this does open up a can of worms and could end up in court when legitimate companies are involved. However, in the case of TVI I do not believe anyone wants to give the courts access to their database. Court battles are fought over this every year and to date no definitive interpretation has been given.

People may join an online system for one reason and stay because they like the leader and will follow them where ever they go. This is the sign of good leadership. Corey Citron is facing this issue with XanGo now that he launched Yoli.

6. If you can't find anything wrong with TVI, it is because you are not looking or not willing to read the case law on these types of programs. This is the same words used by the SEC in their defense of their lack of finding with Bernie Madoff. Just because you don't see it, doesn't change the law.

7. Your definition of a downline has merit however, when a leader does make a move, they will use their database for the move. Orrin Woodward did this with Amway. Amway took him to arbitration and he file a lawsuit. One court states the downline is his, an arbitrator states a 180% different opinion. In this case, since you have not provided any evidence of your acquisitions I have no opinion.

8. Your analogy on why people speak the true about a company is very naive and one of the oldest excuses for defending a questionable action I have ever heard. It's a good thing you are not on a debate team, or a defense attorney.

9. To be taken serious in MLM you need to provide proof, not just throw opinion. TVI is not a legitimate MLM under the legal definition set by the US Courts. So until the company makes changes, becomes completely transparent and answers the questions of their own members and critics, you can expect this to continue until a legal agency shuts them down.

And when that happens, I doubt we will ever hear another word from you on this issue.

People advised their downlines to sign up at this website to be kept informed and learn all they could about their TVI Express business. Everything to do with this website should be deleted including all the names and email addresses as Kelly and his family are no longer helping or promoting TVI Express.

xxx, you have worked with and built your downline and have become very close to these people, the same as we have….and we do not appreciate when our upline decides that our downline is now their downline…..and they can abuse this trust and our faith in them to act accordingly.

We cannot find anything wrong with TVI Express, they keep paying us for the work we have done to sponsor and build the TVI Express Travel membership.

The only time, people find things wrong with a company is when they can no longer build or they have another agenda. Kelly's downline is not our downline or your downline, but should be people he has personally sponsored or people he has placed below other people that came from him.

We have received so many emails from people about this situation of receiving emails from Kelly and a lady that said the following:

Which tells me they (the Williams) are also calling (and not just emailing) our downlines and this is truly an unethical practice in network marketing.
