Bill Farley Founder Of Zuii Unvail New Prosperity Compensation Plan
Bill Farley the sometimes controversial, and always spirited Founder & CEO of Zurii has not only come out fighting after the mutiny he fought down earlier this year, but his new Zurii Leadership Team, have created a powerful new Compensation plan for their ever passionate die hard loyal Zurii team.

I have followed Bill Farley from way back in 1983 when he was one of the most successful leverage buyout kings. Long before KKR & Michael Milken became household names for history making business deals.
It’s kind of funny, had his old team taken time to learn a little more about Mr Bill Farley they might have, not mistaken his kindness, as weakness, and decided to resign, instead of backing him into a corner. As a matter of fact when I first heard that a mutiny was taking place, I turned to my wife Paige and said “Mistake BIG Mistake!” Then I shared with her some of the deals that Bill had made. Including the one all the critics said was Bill’s mistake back in 1977, when he bought a next to bankrupt business, and a few years later had turned it around and sold it to the employees for 10 million dollars.
So it was no surprise to me, that Bill nailed his former executive team, and top field leaders with a multi-million dollar lawsuit, and decided to bring in some of the best talent money can buy to once again, come to the aid of his team.
Although Bill Farley has is list of critics, he also has a longer list of friends. People who have worled for him, and know him to be a hands on leader, who will risk it all to build a business his employees and field team can be proud of.
I am looking forward to watching the success of the Zurii field force, and watching this leader in business, build yet another great company.
By the way, I fully understand, their are those who will disagree with my opinion of Bill Farley, but I am use to that. Their are also those who disagree with my opinions on Rod Cook, Dallin Larson, Orrin Woodward, Randy Schroeder, Jim Gillhouse, Tom Chenault, Sandi Cohen, and many other leaders I have written about over the years.
Shoot, their are those who disagree with me, when I say the US Marines are the best fighting force in the world.
So, if you disagree, write a comment and let us hear the other side of the story.

Troy – What do you think about the new Evolv Water as competition for this Zrii drink as Zrii is backed by Dr. Chopra and the Chopra Center for wellness and Evolv is just supposedly the next best thing to the life-blood in your body? Have you done much research on Evolv?
Beegee,
Well, I am not an expert on all the creative beverages each company seems to conger up. Although, I have my Grannie's old Moonshine, I mean medication tonic formula, and I am thinking about, putting it out for bid, to see which company would like to launch a new powerful, time tested, all natural, organically grown, mineral rich, purified through a proprietary charcoal process, and shipped in Hickory barrels from our headquarters deep in the South.
Seriously, I'll take a look.

Alan- I think you have read too many negative blogs about Zrii. Please read the excerpt below from the website. . . ..
How much of each botanical is present in Zrii?
Due to the proprietary nature of the formulation, specific amounts of botanicals are not available at this time.
There has been speculation and criticism in the broader liquid nutritional industry that functional beverages are little more than “sugar water” and contain miniscule amounts of active ingredients. While Zrii can make no claims for the industry as a whole, from day one the formulation team has stated that the botanical dosage levels in Zrii would have to be “substantial on a per-ounce-of-product basis, in order to enact significant physiological change within the body.”
BeeGee,
I agree with what you wrote. There is not one company I know who lists all their proprietary formula, includes regular juice companies.

Well ok we know how you feel about Mr. Farly. But what about the company?
• The website does not offer a nutrition facts label that clearly lists all the ingredients. To really find out what's in it, you have to "read the fine print" in the F.A.Q. section.
• The website does not say HOW MUCH of each ingredient is in the juice. Are we talking 99% apple and pear juice and 1% of the other botanicals? Or is it more like 80% / 20%?
Any red flags here?
